Cartier hosts the works of thousands of young people who supported and launched
Created in 1984, for over 30 years the Cartier Foundation has been a point of reference for young artists who look onto the contemporary scene. Today it can boast a collection of 1,000 works by 300 artists on show in the headquarters signed by the archistar Jean Nouvel and in the garden, the Theatrum Botanicum, a work commissioned to the artist Lothar Baumgarten.
Among the activities of the foundation, in addition to the exhibitions, also the Nomadic Nights, meetings in which visual arts artists dialogue with other artistic expressions, and workshops for children.
