L'École de l'Amour, Gucci establishes a school for tomorrow's creatives

The École de l'Amour, conceived as a magnificent laboratory of creative ideas, was created to convey the artisanal know-how and production techniques of the Italian fashion house, now part of the Kering group.

The school provides a training program divided into three courses, of which the first two are reserved exclusively for graduates and job seekers aged between 18 and 26 and the third for the training of those who are already a Gucci employee.

The first is the "Scuola dei Mestieri", a six-month course at the Gucci ArtLab that aims to train participants on all the product design and manufacturing processes of leather goods. The third is the "Technical Academy", an internal program of technical courses for the training of Gucci employees who work in the various divisions of the Florentine fashion house.

To teach all the secrets of this wonderful reality, not only specialized artisans and company executives come to the field who will dedicate part of their time to the lessons, but also retired Gucci collaborators wishing to pass the baton of this excellence in the hands of young people levers capable and ready to welcome with passion and enthusiasm the great challenges of the future.
