AltaRoma and ICE Agency successfully presented Showcase, a new project dedicated to emerging Italian brands, founded no more than ten years ago, which made its debut in Rome in conjunction with Fashion Week.
The aim was to connect brands and new designers directly with potential buyers, press and trade operators, thus increasing their visibility and promoting their image, encouraging b2b meetings and creating concrete business opportunities also at international level.
With the Showcase project, the reference audience has been extended to many deserving young designers, favoring above all the opportunities of contact with potential national and international buyers, who are increasingly approaching our proposals looking for the new. In this way, AltaRoma has consolidated its role as a hub for creativity and young talent which, thanks to the commitment of its members and the Ministry of Economic Development, it has managed to carve out for itself within the Italian fashion system.
The finalists, who were selected by ICE Agenzia and AltaRoma through a public call for entries, were offered the chance to participate in the Showcase project free of charge and to take advantage of all the services and opportunities that the event will offer, especially in terms of promotion and business development.
Here are the names of the brands/designers selected for this first edition of Showcase: 16 R, Casamadre, Gilberto Calzolari, Alessandra Giannetti, Noshi, Anna Porcu, Benedetta Bruzziches, Frenzlauer, Luisa Tratzi and Trenta7; Morfosis, Aroma 30, A-Lab Milano, Quattromani, Co.Ro., Delirious, Pugnetti Parma, The Dots, Bams and Lamperti Milano; Greta Boldini, Asciari Milano, Angelia Ami, Silvio Betterelli, Flaminia Barosini, Gaetano Pollice, Maria Lamanna, Supermarket Bag, Manfredi Manara and Anniee, finally, Italo Marseglia, Nadiamari, Avaro Figlio, Edithmarcel, Isla Fontaine, 011eyewear, Visone, Woobag, Demanumea and Susana Traca Milano.
